About Coach
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. I played baseball in college and working out every day was a part of my life. Once I graduated from college, I continued to frequent the gym. In 2020 I joined a CrossFit gym and became addicted to functional fitness. My partner Jon and I had the opportunity to buy Paso Fit in 2023 and have never been more excited to share our fitness journey with everyone in the gym!
