Group Training consists of Build & Blast, two different types of strength workouts. With a maximum of 20 members per workout, Small-Group provides a more individualized approach with a group feel.
Our Build program utilizes functional exercises and focuses on learning big compound lifts. These movements do a great job at doing a great deal of work quickly. We will learn to squat, deadlift, push and pull with a goal of not only getting stronger, but staying healthy at the same time. Through training and practice, you’ll realize it’s not about doing more than the next person, it is about doing it better and easier.
