Why do you coach?: I coach because I love watching people reach their goals and helping them achieve their goals.
What would you say to someone that’s nervous to start doing cross training exercises?: If someone is nervous I would tell them we are are family not just a community and everyone is welcome, and we can modify any workout to meet you at your current fitness level.
What’s your favorite thing to do outside of the gym?: My favorite thing outside of the gym is to hike.
