My name is Kate Taylor and I am a coach at Paso Fit. I've been a coach for 7 years. I love coaching our group classes and creating a welcoming, fun, and motivating space for everyone. Just as I liked seeing improvements in my own capacity and performance, being a trainer has let me be a part of other people's accomplishments and victories. To someone who is new and nervous about trying out a class, I would encourage you to just come in! We can scale and modify anything to meet you where you are while still getting a great workout in. We'd love to have you! Some of my favorite workouts include a heavy barbell and an assault bike. But I love that these classes challenge me with a wide variety of movements, not just the things I love to do. Outside of the gym, I love to spend time with my family, watch my kiddos in sports, and I will always be happy to go on a hike or to the beach.
